Returns & Refunds

Each pet portrait is individually created and personalised from your chosen photograph.

Once your portrait has been created, you will receive a preview for approval before the artwork is printed. If you decide you no longer wish to proceed, you must let me know at this stage, before approving the artwork for printing.

Once you have approved the artwork and printing has begun, the portrait cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind, as it is a personalised item created specifically for you.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the issue so I can arrange an appropriate resolution.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
